Name: Mom’s Touch – Shibuya
Google Maps link: Mom’s Touch – Shibuya
Restaurant website:
Japanese/Location-specific site
Original Korean site
Hours:
There is conflicting information regarding the hours of operation, and the official website does not list them.
Google: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
Tabelog: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
- My guess is that 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM is correct.
Finding the entrance:
Very easy to spot—it’s located right next to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, with a big yellow sign across the top. It’s also adjacent to a Lululemon store.
Closest train station(s):
Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit)
About the restaurant:
From their website (translated from Japanese):
“A luxurious taste, just like your mother cooked it for you with the best ingredients. At Mom’s Touch, our goal is to create a healthier, happier, and better tomorrow through food and beverage services. We are Korea’s No. 1 burger and chicken brand, and we aim to be No. 1 across borders as the most beloved global company.”
Reservations:
Oddly enough, this location does accept reservations.
- TableCheck Reservation Link
You do not need a Japanese phone number—entering any country code will suffice. Everything else is self-explanatory.
Walk-ins:
I walked in for lunch at 1:00 PM on a Wednesday. It was quite busy, but there were still plenty of tables available.
Accepted forms of payment:
Cash or credit card.
Special notes:
For dine-in orders, you must order at a kiosk, but kiosks are located on every floor except the ground floor (where the kitchen and staff are).
- Go to any floor, place your order at the kiosk.
- Wait for your order number to be displayed as “ready for pickup” (monitors on every floor display this information).
- Return to the ground floor to pick up your food. The pickup counter can provide you ketchup if you would like some, you just need to ask the staff members.
