Per their website, reservations can be made over the phone. However, I don’t think they are necessary unless your party is larger than four people.

Walk-ins:
You shouldn’t have any issues walking in, except on Friday or Saturday nights, when there may be a short wait.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

Cash or credit card.

Special Notes:
There is a smoking room located at the back of the restaurant, near the kitchen. If you prefer to sit farther away from it, you can request a different seat. During my visit, I did not notice any smell in the main dining area.

Important notes: Like most Izakayas in Japan, there are two mandatory charges to be aware of:

  • Table charge: A standard fee at many Izakayas. Sometimes, you receive a small starter with it; other times, you simply pay the fee. Here, the charge is 350 JPY per person, and you do receive a small bamboo shoot dish.
  • Minimum drink order: Most Izakayas require at least one drink per person, but if you don’t drink alcohol, no worries! There are always decent non-alcoholic options like tea or soda.

One last note: On the bottom-left of the menu (in my picture), you’ll see these rules listed (except for the drink requirement, though it still applies). Additionally, this establishment charges an extra late-night fee after 10:00 PM
