About the restaurant:
From their Instagram page: “A ramen shop using duck and chicken. We are proud of our homemade, chewy, hand-kneaded noodles.”

Reservations:
I could not find any information regarding a reservation system. You could try calling, but I suspect they do not typically take reservations.
Walk-ins:
You shouldn’t have any issue walking in unless it’s a Friday or Saturday night, in which case there might be a short wait.

Cash or credit card.
Special notes:
You enter and order via a kiosk, but Japanese is the only language option. Don’t worry, though—the staff are very helpful and will assist you with ordering. During my visit, there were at least two staff members who spoke English and were able to assist me.
